Yardgrove does not require account registration and does not actively solicit personal information beyond what is submitted voluntarily through the contact form. The contact form collects a phone number, name, and email address for the purpose of responding to the inquiry submitted.
Standard web server logs record IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and pages accessed. These logs are maintained for technical and security purposes and are not linked to individual identities.
Cookies
This site uses a single first-party cookie to record whether a visitor has responded to the cookie consent banner displayed on the homepage. No advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies are set. The consent cookie stores only a value of "accepted" or "rejected" and does not contain personal information.

Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for the period required to respond to the inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, not to exceed 24 months. Web server logs are retained for 90 days.
